Helios Safe App 1.3.6

In order to ensure not only convenient but also secure access to your health data at Helios, you will need to use the Helios Safe App.

The Helios Safe App is solely for securely logging into the Helios Patient Portal. It turns your smartphone into a unique key, allowing only you to access your sensitive information.

Once the Helios Safe App is linked to your user account, it is required in addition to the regular login for secure access to the Helios Patient Portal whenever you wish to enter a protected area.

To link the Helios Safe App:

1. Download and install the Helios Safe App on your smartphone.
2. Link the installed Helios Safe App to your existing user account.
3. Authenticate yourself with the Helios Safe App to access the protected areas.

After the initial linking, authentication with the Helios Safe App will only take a few seconds but significantly increases security. It is recommended not to use the Helios Safe App on the same device that you use to access the Helios Patient Portal.
